Number Keys Please includes a companion app and a custom keyboard for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use them.
What we collect
Nothing. The app and keyboard do not collect, store on a server, sell, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, analytics, advertising, or tracking.
What you type
Everything you type stays on your device. Autocorrect, word suggestions, and emoji search run entirely on your device using built-in dictionaries and Apple’s on-device spell checker. The keyboard does not make network requests and does not save the text you type or your emoji searches. Words you explicitly add to your custom dictionary are saved locally as a keyboard preference.
What is saved on your device
To remember your choices, the app saves only these items on your device:
- Keyboard preferences, including layout, languages, swipe shortcuts, custom dictionary words, sounds, haptics, and theme.
- Whether you have purchased the Liquid Glass theme.
- Recently used emoji and your preferred skin tones.
These stay on your device and are removed when you delete the app.
Full Access
iOS lets you grant a keyboard “Full Access.” Number Keys Please uses it to share your preferences and purchased theme between the app and keyboard through an App Group on your device. Full Access also enables key sounds when typing in other apps.
Full Access is optional. Typing, correction, and emoji search work without it, and you can customize directly inside the keyboard. The keyboard does not send typing data over the network, with or without Full Access.
Purchases
The Liquid Glass theme is sold through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never receive your payment details. The app only checks with the App Store whether the purchase is valid.
Children
The app does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
